Registration and Payment Procedure
The Payment Process opens on February 2012. It will be implemented in the Registration Tool. You can either choose paying the registration fee via paypal® or classic bank transfer. Please register in our conference management system and choose your payment method.

With the registration, you agree that your personal data can be used within the ICE Community and the supporting associations or partners for publication in the conference proceedings and an improved networking. If you do not want your personal data accessible to the ICE Community or in one of the official conference publications, please inform us organization@ice-conference.org

1According to §4 Nr. 22a UStG the ICE Conference is a nonprofit event and serves an educational and scientific purpose.
· The conference registration fee includes attendance at all sessions for the booked period, lunch, refreshments, conference cocktail, gala dinner and the conference proceedings.
· The early bird discount is granted to all attendees who register before 20 April 2012.
· All paper/poster presenters have to register for the full conference (3 days) before 30 April 2012.
· Authors of more than one paper have to define corresponding co-authors who also register for the full conference before 30 April 2012.
